Aikido practice develops coordination, flexibility, concentration, communication and endurance. Low impact, no competition.

Students aged 12 and up are welcome to regular classes. Senior citizens are also Welcome!

SCHEDULE:

AIKIDO at Vancouver/Clark MARSHALL CENTER

Beginners Classes begin Monday September 14, Luepke Center Multipurpose Room.

$25 per Month Mondays 8-9:00pm

Intermediate Class, Outdoors near Luepke Center in Marshal Feild.

$45 per Month, Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-8:00

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time.
