SCHEDULE:

AIKIDO at Vancouver/Clark MARSHALL CENTER

Aikido practice develops coordination, flexibility, concentration, communication and endurance. Low impact, no competition.

8 week Beginners Class, Luepke Center Multipurpose Room. No class May 26.

May 5-June 30 M/W 7:45-9:15pm 5/5-6/30 $112 (16 classes, $7/class)

July 7- August 27 M/W 6-7:30pm 7/2-8/25 $112 (16 classes, $7/class)

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time.

We will be holding classes in Battleground, including misogi, begining in July.

Students aged 12 and up are welcome to regular classes. Senior citizens are also Welcome!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Please register for Aikido and Yuki at the Marshall Center through the Vancouver Parks and Recreation Program Desk at the Marshall center, online at www.vanclarkparks-rec.org, or call (360) 487-7100 for more information.

Battleground Aikido registration will be on a per month basis, averaging $5/class with discounts for

Vancouver Aikido and Yuki registrants, seniors, students and single parents.
